«Jewish Rainbow: Professional Development, Communication, Language and Culture in Jewish education»

In January 24 – 27, 2022, in terms of the international education project «Jewish Rainbow: Professional Development, Communication, Language and Culture in Jewish Education» the educational institutions with Jewish ethnic and cultural component hosted the academic activities dedicated to the value and sense-oriented meaning of the Tu-Bi-Shvat festival as well as environmental problems, the mutual influence of languages and cultures in Ukraine and Israel

The aim of project is conducting educational activities, classes and master-classes with the use of the specially developed play and interactive methods and forms of teaching with the use of visual didactic materials and contemporary training technologies promoting realization of competence-based, personality-oriented and integrated approaches to education.

The main aim of the programme content is «The Festival of Tu-Bi-Shvat»: the values, symbols, traditions, environmental and citizen responsibility, mutual penetration of languages and cultures.

Natalia Bakulina, the director of the Center for Jewish Education of Ukraine, PhD of Pedagogical Sciences, the leading associate of the department of teaching languages of national minorities and foreign literature of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (NAPS) of Ukraine.

For implementing the projects the leading presenters and volunteers of the Netaim Project Stasya Khodyreva and Hanna Tretyakova Latash were engaged.

 

The implementation of the project was successful due to close cooperation with the faculties of educational institutions and the teams of community organizations of Ukraine, in particular the private educational establishments such as Teaching and educational complexes «Mitzvah-613» of Bila Tserkva and Kyiv (Hnativka), the Jewish school «Perlina» and kindergarten «Kohavim» of  the «Khalom»  Jewish Community Center in Kyiv.

Thus, on January 24, 2022, the team of Israeli and Ukrainian educators prepared and conducted three master-classes, activities and Tu-Bi-SHvat seder evening with the students of 3-9 classes of the teaching and education complex «Mitzvah-613» of Bila Tserkva directed by Natella Andryuschenko, the school principal, the CEO of the «Mitzvah» Jewish religious community and Tetyana Kyryshun, the vice-director of the school. In total there were involved 60 students aged 9-15 as well as the faculty.  

On January 25 the project took place in the kindergarten «Kohavim» of the «Khalom» Jewish community Center in Kyiv. Directed by Natalia Fainberg, the vice-director of pre-school education the Israeli volunteers conducted the program for pre-school pupils. In total the activity involved 20 children aged 4 - 6 and their tutors.

On January 26 the education marathon was continued in the teaching and education complex «Mitzvah-613» of Kyiv (Hnativka). The project successfully took place headed by Iryna Androschuk, the school director and rebbetzin Hanna Azman, the vice-president of the international charity fund «Mitzvah». Thus, throughout the day of studies the Israeli colleagues conducted activities and master-classes for the students of 1^st -11^th grades. In total 60 students aged 6-16 and school educators took part in the program.

On January 27 the project took place in the private Jewish school – kindergarten «Perlina» of Kyiv. It was headed by Olena Solonenko, the school principal. Here the Israeli volunteers helped and supported by the school faculty conducted activities and master-classes for 20 students of 1^st - 4^th grades aged 6 - 10.

As a result of the project implementation over 175 participants were involved including children, students, educators and group leaders. The participants’ positive feedback became the evidence of efficiency and the necessity of implementing similar international educational projects in pedagogical practice.

 

Implementation of the mentioned project has demonstrated high potential of pedagogical partnership in action, readiness for launching innovations and new standards of education, for extending the international cooperation at the modern stage of reforming the systems of formal and non-formal education in Ukraine and Israel.

As a result of the project implementation not only have the participants gained the new knowledge but also they have enhanced the level of key competences, in particular communicative and intercultural, social and community, ecological and nature-protecting, IT and digital, technological, necessary for forming the new generation of children and youth as well as the development of expert level of educators.

Міжнародний освітній проєкт «Єврейська веселка: професійний розвиток, комунікація, мова та культура в єврейській освіті»

З 24 по 27 січня 2022 року в рамках міжнародного освітнього проєкту «Єврейська веселка: професійний розвиток, комунікація, мова та культура в єврейській освіті» у закладах освіти з єврейським етнокультурним компонентом відбулись освітні заходи, присвячені ціннісному та смисловому значенню свята Ту бішват, проблемам екології, взаємопроникненню мов і культур в Україні й Ізраїлі.

Мета проєкту: проведення освітніх заходів, занять і майстер-класів із використанням спеціально розроблених ігрових та інтерактивних методів і прийомів навчання з використанням наочних дидактичних матеріалів і сучасних освітніх технологій, які сприяють реалізації компетентнісного, особистісно-орієнтованого й інтегрованого підходів до навчання.

Основна тема змісту програми: «Свято Ту бішват»: цінності, символи, традиції, екологічна та громадянська відповідальність, взаємопроникнення мов і культур.

Для впровадження проєкту були залучені ведучі ізраїльські волонтерки проєкту «Нетаім» - Стася Ходирева та Ханна Третьякова-Латаш.

 

Реалізація проекту успішно відбулась завдяки тісній співпраці з педагогічними колективами закладів освіти та громадських організацій України, зокрема, приватних закладів освіти: навчально-виховних комплексів «Міцва-613» м. Біла Церква та м. Київ (Гнатівка), єврейської школи «Перлина» та дитячого садка "Кохавім" єврейського громадського центру «Халом» м. Київ.

Так, 24 січня 2022 року команда ізраїльських і українських педагогів підготували та провели три майстер-класи, заняття та седер Ту бішват із учнями 3-9 класів НВК «Міцва-613» м. Біла Церква під керівництвом Нателли Андрющенко, директорки школи, виконавча директорка іудейської релігійної громади «Міцва» та Тетяни Киришун, заступниці директорки школи. Загалом були задіяні 60 учнів віком 9-15 років і педагоги школи.

25 січня проект відбувся у дитячому садку "Кохавім" єврейського громадського центру «Халом» м. Київ. Під керівництвом Наталії Файнберг, заступниці директора з дошкільної освіти, ізраїльські волонтерки провели програму для дошкільнят. Загалом були задіяні 20 дітей  віком від 4 до 6 років і вихователів.

26 січня освітній марафон було продовжено у НВК «Міцва-613» м. Києва (Гнатівка). Проєкт успішно відбувся під керівництвом Ірини Андрощук, директорки школи та ребецн Ханни Азман, віце-президента міжнародного благодійного фонду «Міцва». Так, впродовж навчального дня ізраїльськими колегами було проведено заняття та майстер-класи для учнів 1-11 класів. Загалом у програмі взяли участь 60 учня віком 6-16 років і педагоги школи.

27 січня проєкт відбувся у приватній єврейській школі – дитячому садку «Перлина» м. Київ під керівництвом Олени Солоненко, директорки школи. Тут ізраїльські волонтерки за участю педагогів школи провели заняття та майстер-класи для учнів 20 учнів 1-4 класів віком від 6 до 10 років.

У результаті проведення проєкту було залучено понад 175 учасників – дітей, учнів, викладачів і ведучих груп. Позитивні відгуки учасників засвідчили ефективність і необхідність запровадження подібних міжнародних освітніх проєктів в освітню практику.

 

Реалізація даного проекту продемонструвала високий потенціал педагогіки партнерства у дії, готовність до впровадження інновацій і нових освітніх стандартів, до розширення міжнародної співпраці на сучасному етапі реформування систем формальної та неформальної освіти в Україні й Ізраїлі.

В результаті здійснення проекту учасники набули не лише нових знань, а й підвищили рівень ключових компетентностей, а саме комунікативної та міжкультурної, соціальної та громадянської, екологічної та природничої, інформаційно-цифрової та технологічної, необхідних для формування нового покоління дітей і молоді, а також розвитку фахового рівня педагогів.
